Introduction:
A Grievance Rredressal Cell is an integral part of the discipline of any college. Grievance Redressal committee at the college established to maintain discipline and solve the grievances of the students and the staff. The committee is responsible for solving the complaints of the students and the staff giving all the justice to the concern.

Mechanism:
- Any students or staff can file a complaint, oral or written to the redressal committee. Upon the receipt of complaint by students or staff.
- The secretary will conduct the meeting of the members of the committee.
- Decisions and actions would be taken as per the nature of the complaint and as per the rules.
- All the concerned will be given scope to present their opinion/ views.
- Appropriate decisions will be taken by the committee after hearing the complaint and respondent.
- The decision and action taken by the committee will be mandatory on all the concerned.
- If not satisfied with the decision of the committee. The complaint will be permitted for the Re appeal.
- Any serious matter is to be forwarded to the management.
