Rules and Regulations

1. Only enrolled students are allowed to enter the college library on the strength of a valid Identity Card.
2. Identity Card must be produced as and when it is demanded by the library staff or college teaching staff.
3. All students must use the library facility to enrich their academic excellence.
4. Silence must be maintained inside and nearby the library.
5. Use of Mobil phones in the library is strictly prohibited.
6. Infringement of the library rules will result in the withdrawal of the library from the student.
7. Book will be issued only by presenting Identity Card
8. The book issued for home reading must be returned to the library within seven days.
9. A fine of rupees 1 /- will be charged for every day of delay. Persistent delay in returning the charging the fine, Sundays, and holidays will be considered.
10. One book will be issued for home lending. One more book can be issued with the permission of the librarian.
11. If the book is lost or damaged by the students or if the pages are missing from the book, 1½ value of the book shall have to be paid.
12. All books of the library, Book-Bank facility must be returned to the library and then only the examination hall ticket will be issued to students.
13. All types of money transactions will be paid in the office only.
14. Students must submit Identity Card when he/she apply for TC.
15. Duplicate Identity Card will be issued after payment of Rs. 50/-
16. Cooperation of the students is earnestly sought in observing the rules.
17. In the case of any difficulty, readers can approach the librarian.
18. All cases of the violation of rules will be reported to the principal for suitable action.
