While learning, students facing several problems in every aspect viz. office, library, gymnasium, classroom, laboratory etc. to overcome these problems, there should be platform to sight these problems such as student`s grievance redresser cell and feedback from students. By noticing problems of students, we must analyze these problems and try to minimize or remove such problems. This will enhance in smooth function of teaching-learning process and activities of college. This facilitates improvements teachers and concerned employees. Some of problems need remedial appropriate action to overcome problems.
Feedback was obtained from various stake holders such as students, alumni, parents and the academicians who visited the college on various occasions. The same feedback so obtained was very useful to improve and strengthen various academic facilities for the students and the teachers and to adapt innovative practices.
Feedback of students was obtained on various aspects such as teaching-learning and the essential facilities. Students gave their feedback in oral and written form. The same was used to improve various aspects pointed out by the students. The analysis of the feedback was done by the committee appointed for the purpose. Feedback was also obtained from alumni. The feedback was obtained in the written form through a format devised for the purpose. The alumni gave some important suggestions to strengthen infrastructure facilities and sports facilities.
The feedback was obtained from the eminent visitors especially during the Lecture Series organized in memory of Late Hon. Dadapatil Rajale. The feedback was taken orally as well in a written form. The visitors appreciated the efforts made by the college to impart quality education to the students. These eminent academicians gave valuable suggestions for improvements which were implemented.
